How do I receive my products?

Immediately after payment is confirmed you receive an email containing your order confirmation, receipt and secure download links for each playbook you purchased. Bundle customers also get a single bundle download page.

Can I download them more than once?

Yes. Download links are personal and time-limited for security, but you can request fresh links at any time from your account or by contacting support — there is no limit on legitimate re-downloads.

What devices are supported?

Any device that can open a PDF: phone, tablet, laptop or desktop, on any operating system. Templates and prompt libraries are supplied in commonly readable formats.

How long do I have access?

Lifetime access. Your purchases stay in your library and can be re-downloaded whenever you need them.

Do I receive updates?

Yes. When a playbook you own is revised, the updated edition is added to your library at no extra cost and we notify you by email.

Can I share the files?

No. Each purchase is licensed for the purchaser's personal use. Please do not share, resell, upload or redistribute the files. Team or organisation licensing is available on request.

Why are digital products non-returnable once downloaded, subject to applicable consumer rights?

Digital content is supplied immediately, and once download or access has begun with your express consent — which you give at checkout, along with acknowledging the effect of it — the statutory right to cancel no longer applies. This is not a blanket 'no refunds' rule: if you have not started your download, or if a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, your statutory rights still apply and we will put it right. Do I need an account to buy?

No. You can check out with just your email address. An account is created automatically once payment succeeds, so your purchases are waiting for you in My Library whenever you want to sign in.

Yes. Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.

Can I buy more than one playbook at a time?

Yes. Add several playbooks to your cart, or buy the complete bundle in one transaction and save against the individual prices.
